Our organic line is produced from hens which have the freedom to roam in fields
during the day and sheds for shelter and protection at night, similar to
free range
hens. However, there are several important differences between
free range
and organic. The feed for the hens is grown organically without
pesticides, genetic modification or growth enhancers. Also, the
land on which the hens roam is organic and has had no fertilizers or
pesticides administered. |

Our free range line are eggs produced from hens which have the freedom to roam over
several acres during the day. At night they have sheds which provide protection
from predators with individual laying
nests. The hens are
frequently assessed and checked by Freedom Foods, which is run by the RSPCA. We sell 2 main types of packaging
for the
free range line, half dozen packs (to the right) and 10 packs
(shown below).

Barn Production is the alternative to eggs from intensive
hens. The hens that produce barn eggs are free to roam inside
sheds and have individual laying nests. |
